I’m honestly obsessed with the variegation, it’s absolutely stunning. If there’s one thing I’m a sucker for, it’s a white variegation.

But honestly, she a diva. Needs to be harvested and treated correctly or else she becomes a wilty mess. Even when trimming the stems, if you don’t dip them in hot water or flame the stem each time, it can wilt even after being perfectly hydrated.

I’m leaning against stems that require such intense treatment because I don’t want people going home with bouquets that have individual stems that require special care.

What do you think? Keep growing her or get rid of her?

I love an evening harvest. It’s been all early mornings, but now that the heat has broken, I can finally get outside in the evenings and harvest a few buckets for the CSA program.
